Truth is elusive. To remain anywhere near it requires constant pursuit. One who is certain of his opinions does not pursue truth; he is self-satisfied.

The more certain you are, the more agreement you find in your social group, the more certainly you are mistaken. The better you pursue truth, the more you will doubt yourself.
