- The assumption that cultural force can change facts of the human condition, within the span of one's lifetime.
The human condition is necessarily unjust. But changes to the human condition, while possible, can only happen in evolutionary time. To expect, even live for, such changes in one's own lifetime is a horrible condition of mind.
Anything is possible, but you don't have the time. Better to gently just move in the right direction, and accept whatever you have to in the meantime.
